· Facilitation of the plan
· Talking with you after you’ve met with advisors to summarize information and identify next steps
· Help you identify what you need to do to pull together the information your lawyer or other advisor needs
· Setting up meetings with advisors including annual meetings
· Pulling together meeting agendas in collaboration with you and your advisors
· On-call day/evening/weekends for questions that come up
· Picking you up for advisor meetings
· Ensuring “Crummey” notices get out and are returned on schedule
· Helping you fill out long forms from your financial planner and other advisors
· Keeping the process moving along while you’re out of town or on vacation
· Other personalized services which may be helpful to you
