When Are the Live Classes Held?
The live classes will be on Thursday afternoons on the dates specified above from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

You'll be able to attend by calling in to the teleconference bridge line using your land line or cell phone. Please note that these classes are audio only.

Will Connie be coaching people individually?
Yes, Connie will guide you through exercises each week and then leave time for questions at the end of each call.

What if I Can't Attend One or More Live Classes?
Whether you can't attend one of Connie’s live classes or even if you can't attend on any of the Thursday afternoons that Connie will be holding the live Tele-course, we've got you covered! Each week's call will be recorded, and the recordings will be made available to you within 72 hours of the live call.
